What is CPT?
CPT (Cryptrum Pay Token) is the prepaid compute credit your account uses to run every gateway operation — sweeps, payouts, refunds, webhooks, API calls. You buy CPT once, the platform deducts the right amount per operation, you top up when it gets low. It is not a cryptocurrency — not tradeable, not transferable.
Is there a monthly fee or subscription?
No. There is no monthly fee, no contract, no minimum spend. You buy CPT only when you need it. Idle accounts cost nothing.
Do you take a percentage of payments?
No. We never touch customer-paid amounts. The merchant receives the full deposit minus on-chain gas. Our revenue is purely the CPT consumed by the operations you trigger.
How do I keep my balance topped up?
Enable Autopay in the Billing page — set a low-balance threshold and refill amount, and we top up automatically the moment you cross it. Otherwise top up manually any time.
What happens when CPT runs out?
New API calls return 402 Payment Required until you top up. Customer payments still detect on-chain; sweeps and webhooks queue with a clear "Insufficient CPT" error and resume as soon as you refill — no data loss, no missed funds.
